  Some people are leaving reviews on this product using it for wrist support. If you want daily support, go get heavyweight wrist wraps for bodybuilding.You can tell from the design that this is a wrist widget alternative, specifically for TFCC injury.For 1/3 of the price, you are getting a pair (a pair of wrist widgets run $60.The material is a bit soft and the cut of the straps are wider compared to the widget, so it’s not as comfortable and provides less support. However, it does work for its intended purpose.I also figured that putting both on one wrist over each other provides a stronger support/bracing of the wrist than one wrist widget.It’s also a little harder to put on than the widget.

  I have a complete tear on my left wrist of a TFCC tear that will not heal due to no blood supply in that area! 2 survives and still feel my bones hitting each other and popping in and out due to me being left handed! This brace has been a life saver keeping everything in place

• I m not loving the test at all

  I have to tie it really tight because it s not stiff and then the compression is too strong

  I have two separate braces like this. These are comfortable for all day wearing and light work, then I have a stiffer one that I use for lifting. Would definitely recommend these to someone looking to get thru the day with wrist pain.

  These wrist braces are pretty straightforward, a bit tricky to figure out how to put on by yourself, but do private a moderate level of support once they're on. They aren't sturdy enough for weight lifting or similar activities but they do help if you have carpal tunnel or similar issues.

  I wear braces when I'm doing a lot of cleaning because I easily sprain my wrists from a growth deformity. These straps add a little stability and pressure but I prefer the ones that wrap around your thumb. They aren't hard to put on but can be annoying to get the right tightness.

  The IFWIND Wrist Brace comes with 2 braces which can be used on either wrist. It includes an instruction sheet with pictures. It takes a little bit to figure out how to get the braces on with only one hand. I laid the solid part over the wrist, then pulled one strap around and attached it loosely. I then pulled the other strap around and attached it, then moved both straps until they were as tight as I wanted them to be.The braces work best if you have the solid part on top of the wrist so that the two straps allow the wrist to move easily. They provided the amount of support I need while allowing me to type and write. These would not work for someone who needs a stiff, stable support.The instructions say to hand wash. They were easy to wash and air dried overnight.

  I get pain in my left wrist when driving or working, so I got this to help with stability in those moments. I found that they didn't really stay or help all that much, which was disappointing. I can't say that's a problem for everyone, but it was for me, so maybe be mindful when looking into purchasing.

  These Wrist Wraps are provided as a pair. They are somewhat tricky to get on. They are made of a thick somewhat stiff material that provides moderate support. These wraps perform well at a reasonable cost.
